The Lookout Mountain Club Fitness Center offers a full range of fitness activities to our membership. Stop in seven days a week and work out in our fully equipped cardio and weight rooms. The Club’s fully certified training staff attend to all aspects of your fitness needs. A full calendar of group fitness classes are offered as well as personal training. Small group training opportunities are scheduled on a regular basis. Take advantage of this special member benefit and stay in shape!

Our team of fitness instructors offer a range of Group Exercise Classes. Classes include Yoga, Pilates, Water Aerobics (during the summer) and more.
